How can I attach subtitles to my torrent downloaded movies?

I downloaded some movies with torrent and now I want to attach subtitles to them. I found websites from which I can take subtitles, but how I can add them to my movies? Do I need a software for that? Thanx in advance

1. If you have an avi file, just make sure the subtitles have the same name as the avi file. Burn it to CD and your dvd player will recognize the subtitles.
