Get Subtitles

Open subtitles on media player classic?

Ok, so I downloaded mkv video that contains subtitles in it. I can open the subtitles on a VLC player, but cannot do it on media player classic. on the vlc player i can just go video > subtitle tracks > then select the sub. but i cant do that on media classic player. so is there a way to open the sub?
