Get Subtitles

How can i put subtitles for a movie so that it plays on my zune?

I have the video file and the subtitles (srt) in 2 separate files. Is there a program that can embed the subtitles into the video file so that the subtitles automatically show when i play it on the computer or on my zune? Thanks!
