How can I watch Hindi movies in my home?

I would like to rent Hindi movies with subtitles and have them mailed to my house or download them and burn them onto a DVD. I would like to avoid trips to the Indian grocery store which is far away. I do not want to download them and watch them while at my computer and I do not have digital cable to subscribe to a service.
