Is there a TV language Converter box that I could hookup to my tv to see English subtitles from a Spanish news

I watch Spanish tv stations sometimes and would like to see English subtitles at the bottom of the screen, is there a language converter box that I can buy to hookup to my tv? And this isn't for Digital, Computer, or for cable tv. I've tried Best Buy, Circuit City, Fry's, Ultimate Electronic's etc, without no results.

1. i dont think so... but usually tvs have captions in english depending on the language you set it on. ^_^
2. you would have to have the information broadcasted over the signal. talk to your television provider, if its free tv, out of luck...but you can try the station. but captions are a service of a broadcasting company. they type what they hear, its not an automatic thing.

4. I'm pretty sure that most Spanish speaking TV stations do not transmit any closed caption data. Nothing you can do about that.
