how can I watch tv in spanish but get english subtitles?

I have comcast and I want to put my tv in spanish and read english subtitles to learn better or atleast get spanish subtitles.How?

1. It all depends on the station. It has to be a Mexican channel that also transmits closed captions. Or an English channel that also transmits a secondary audio program (SAP) in Spanish.
