What are some good Mandarin Chinese movies with English subtitles?

I am learning Mandarin Chinese and I have been trying to build a collection of chinese movies. I try to get inexpensive ones from places like Amazon Marketplace and Half.com. So far, I have "Together," "Gada Meilin," and "Raise the Red Lantern." Any suggestions for what I should get next? They need to be Mandarin Chinese, not Cantonese Chinese.

2. I agree with narator about checking out imdb. However, a couple of good movies that I have enjoyed recently include; Memoirs of a Geisha (the DVD should have both a Mandarin and an English soundtrack option), Andy Lau in A World full of Thieves (something like that??), Warriors of Heaven and Earth and Beijing Bicycle. You might also look at more recent Hong Kong output - after 1997 the industry there has been producing more movies in Mandarin rather than the traditional Cantonese(a nightmare for a friend from there who is employed doing the subs on a huge back catalogue of movies in both English and Mandarin). 3. try yesasia.com They sell chinese films with english subtitles at good prices. I've bought a ton of stuff from them and have always had good results. You should check out Wong Kai War's flicks...some of his flicks...(but it might be in cantonese, not mandarin...oops.
