Get Subtitles

Is there a program that can translate subtitles???

I have some movies with chinese subtitles and i was wondering if there was a program that can translate them into english. The subtitles are hard subbed btw (they are one with the video) Thank you!

1. Nope! You'll need to OCR the Chinese first (and they're probably of lousy quality to start, so chances aren't that good, and OCR for Chinese cost $$$$), THEN sort them into SRT file. THEN maybe they can be translated.
