Where can i download the subtitles(Chinese/English) for Byakuyakou?

1. u can download english subs in a site/forum called D-Addicts (http://d-addicts.com) , it has all the subs for different dramas and i think there are also chinese subs but its only soft subs... and u can also download a hardsub version from Veoh or watch it there (write Midnight Sun Journy in search)
