How can I get English subtitles for a video with audio in German?

There's this video I found on google but I don't know German and I'd like to understand it. Is there a way I can get English subtitles for it?

1. i doubt that if you found a video on the internet that there is any way to get english subtitles for it, seems like u have to learn german! ;-)
2. Do you mean a dvd, because in a menu called languages, settings, or somthing like that, you should be able to view English subtitles.
