How can you make your own subtitles for a video?

1. if you have got windows movie maker click on that and down the side of it there is 3 differenrt boxs i think and one says edit movie and there should be subtitles there gd luck

3. Windows Movie Maker should already be installed on your PC. Go to the website for all the info. You can also download the new version 2.1 if you have the old version. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/moviemaker/default.mspx
4. Any decent video edit program (and probably the bad ones as well) will have a titling function. Use that. Although from personal experience i can tell you that it is an incredibly tedious process.
