How can I download the torrent for a film (subtitles included)?

More specifically, I'm trying to download a torrent for The Last Samurai in HD or Blu-ray quality, but anytime I download, the subtitles are never featured in the video. Am I doing something wrong? Should I get the subtitles separate? Is there a way to download the film with the subtitles already included?
