How to add subtitles to a downloaded movie?

I downloaded a foreign film, the problem is there were no subtitles. I downloaded a subtitle file (it's a .sub file) that matches the movie, but I want to be able to put the movie on my usb drive and watch it on my Xbox 360, and I need to know how to actually encode the subtitles into the movie on just one file. Is there any way to do that?
