Help!I Used VLC Player,It Play All Video Format Support,But All The Sudden,It Not Support .mkv Player.Why?

I Used VLC Player,It Support All Video Format.But All The Sudden,It Not Work Properly in .mkv (Matroska) Video Format.I Don't Know,What The Reason Is? Is There Something Problem in My System Or ??? My System Info: Fat32 Operating System: Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 Language: English System Manufacturer: INTEL System Model: P4 Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.40GHz Memory: 512MB RAM DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c Please Some One Help.What Can I Do? .mkv Video Format Not Work Properly. I Try K-Lite Codec Latest Vesion.But No Use. When I Open Vlc Player & Play .mkv Video Format,Then The Video Was Lightly Collapsed & Play .mkv Video Format With Subtitle To Play,Then The Video Was Heavily Collapsed. Please Help Me.What Can I Do?I Already Try,Formatting Whole System,But Still Not Solved. So Any One Help What Can I Do? Please Anyone Solve My Question.

1. A better solution to playing all media formats would be to install a good codec package. Install Vista codec pack - you can get it at http://www.shark007.net/ (its a freeware). Once installed you can directly play 'ALL' your media files in WMP . Good luck :)
