Where can I download subtitles for an anime series (Just The Subtitles)?

I have a large collection of Anime, but some of them are in japanse and have no subtitles. Its really frustrateing! I dont have the cap to re-download any episodes, so I need a website that I can download just the subtitles for an anime series from. (or alternatively, an english audio track) Please can someone help me out?

1. Depending on which series you have Tokyo Toshokan has some some .ass and .srt files. Go to the site and type in ".ass" or ".srt" in the search box along with the series name. There is no guarantee that the timing will be the same with the files you have though. Edit - stupid censors messed up my answer. The ".***" is ".a$$"
