How to get english subtitles for foreign channels on Verizon FiOS?

Yeah, i can't find the accessibility option on there either. :/ Like you know those shows in a different language? Can you get english subtitles to translate it for you? If there is a way, can someone tell me? Thank you(:

1. Tv program does not have subtitles on them.
2. Unless the TV station sends a second language (called SAP) with the regular program, TV's can translate. Closed Captions are usually in the main language of the show.
