Get Subtitles

Where can I go to download subtitles for Gundam series?

Really I am just looking for subtitles for After war gundam X and Victory gundam because I have been trying to make DVD's for these series but I cannot because all the files are MKV and they have the subtitles that only work on there while on the VLC player. So is there a place I can find subtitles for these series or some way to get the subtitles out of the videos to add in or something? Thanks
