how can i change default subtitles for videos with multiple subs?

videos with multiple subs such as mkv's have default subtitles to be shown when they are opened and i want to change which subtitle to be shown when opening it videos with multiple subs such as mkv's have default subtitles to be shown when they are opened and i want to change which subtitle to be shown when opening it... i don't mean anything about converting the video or what.. but only changing the default first choice of subtitle when opening the file.. that's what i mean

1. you need a good dvd burner like ConvertXtoDVD video burner where you can add the subtitles or disable them [srt files]
