Get Subtitles

Is there a software that allows to remove subtitles from a movie?

I downloaded a movie and although it is in english it has these weird subtitles they might be russian or greek or maybe some other eastern european country.

6. it's illegal but yes you can by using Pinnacle or Adobe Premiere but its to tough to do it.
7. If you downloaded the movie, you can't get rid of the subtitles. However, you can use a program like Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere to crop the bottom of the videos so that the section with the subtitles isn't showing
