How do I add Cyrillic subtitles to my movie?

I have the movie and I have the subtitles, but because they are in Cyrillics, the file can be opened with notepad.What should I do?

1. 1. first download cyrillic language pack http://download.moodle.org/lang16/ 2. keep the subtitles and movie in the same folder with the same name ,like movie.avi and movie.srt 3.download pure codecs or k-lite codec from internet. when u l play the movie in any of these players ,ur cyrillic subtitles will be there.u dont need to open the notepad file for subtitles.just be sure ur subtitle file is in .srt format
