Get Subtitles

So u know a spanish program good for learning the language? Hopefully with subtitles?

I need to improve my spanish listening skills so i really need to watch more spanish tv or listen to the radio. Problem is i can't recognise most of the words when listening. So i'm looking for a tv show i can watch regularly which is easy to understand for foreigners (language used, accents...). Also if u know anything with spanish subtitles too that would be really helpful for when i miss words. cheers

2. Maybe if you rent or watch a DVD with subtitles in spanish, that can help you. I´ve learnt many words in english by renting films and watching them with subtitles
