How do I make a slide show with music and subtitles and download it to a cd?

1. Windows Movie Maker or Picasa should work pretty well. In Windows Movie Maker you import the images and music, then just drag them to the storyboard and select some transitions. As for saving it to a CD, make sure that the CD is writable, that means you can save stuff to it (it will probably say writable or rewritable on the CD) When you save the file, go to "Computer" then click on your CD, and hit save.
