How do i change the subtitles on a ps3 from yellow to white?

When ever I watch an anime in Japanese the subtitles are Yellow which is really annoying for me because I don't have this problem with not being able to see white text because it usually has a black outline but I just want to change the subtitle color to white does any one know how?
