What's up with the spanish subtitles on the Pretty Cure English Trailer?

Don't tell me that the english series is in mexico because if it is Im so moving there LOL and if its a trick or something Im going to be so pissed!!!!!!!!!

1. The subtitles were placed there so people who spoke Spanish and know little English could understand it. English speakers aren't the only people who sub anime, you know.
