How do i put spanish subtitles on time warner cable tv?

Is there a way? Do I use my time warner remote or my t.v. remote? I have a new philips tv

1. First, the Spanish captions must be offered by the station. Not all programs have captions in Spanish. If they are there, use your TV remote and check the other caption channels (CC2, CC3, CC4).
