Get Subtitles

Where can I find an English subtitle for Tre Metri Sopra Il Cielo?

I've been looking everywhere for it. I also tried the site suggested, www.subscene.com. But it seems that it isn't there. Does anybody know other sites that have it for free download? I already checked out that found on allsubs.org. It still isn't the right subs. When I downloaded it and attached it to the .avi file I have of the movie, it showed non-English subtitle. And words are all over the window screen while playing. Can anybody please help me find the right subtitle that is available for free download? :(
