How to play 2 subtitles files in a single movie file? Help me heroes!?

I have downloaded English subtitles for a French movie. Subtitles are in 2 files (because there are no subtitles in a single file). I don't know how to combine 2 subtitles files into 1. I have downloaded Subtitle Workshop, but I don't know how to use it. If anyone could tell me (in detail) how to combine 2 files and play, I would really appreciate it.

1. If I understand you, you have english subtitles for 1 movie in 2 files. Best thing will be to download that film in two parts also. Or you can download some subtitle program, for example subtitle workshop, and there must be the option combine. But if you dont find that option, then just instert second subtitles and move their start just on time after first, so after that you will just put first ones, and then second ones, in one movie.
