How to to download a YouTube video with subtitles?

i was watching this video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYHc3E78Vkk and i noticed that the up-loader download it with subtitles and re-upload it once again. i really need to download a video with subtitles so are there ways to do so? that's why i showed you the video that i watched, the proof is that there's no CC.
