Get Subtitles

is it possible to download just the subtitles?

i'm currently in korea and i wanted to watch initial D 1st again, i can download the vids from korean server fine but if i try to download from any where else its very slow. so i was wondering if i can just download vids from here and download just a subtitles as a .srt or .smi file or just subtitles at all with out downloading with the vid, plz help i need eng subtitle!

1. I don't know anywhere, but I think if you want softsubbed, then you'd need to download them from the same server. So....
