How can I use mkv2vob to encode styled subtitles?

How can I use mkv2vob to encode styled subtitles? I use mkv2vob to convert my HD videos for my PS3, but I have a foreign film with styled subtitles. I can only make a file with default font, colour, etc subtitles. Is there a way to get around this, or is there a converter that can mux the files with no loss in quality and keep the styled subtitles?
