Why doesn't The Dark Knight blu-ray come with chinese subtitles?

I went to Bestbuy today and was looking around at the blu-ray section. I'm Chinese, and a huge Batman fan so I was excited to find that the Batman Begins blu-ray came with Chinese subtitles, but was disappointed when I found out that The Dark Knight blu-ray didn't. So my question is, will they eventually release another edition of The Dark Knight blu-ray WITH Chinese subtitles? Thanks.
