Is there a dvd of Loveless that is english, not just english subtitles?

I've just watched the first episode of Loveless, but it was only with english subtitles. I wish to buy the DVD, but I won't if it only has the English subtitles, not actual English. I REALLY love the loveless manga series so I would be grateful if I had the oppurtunity to see the shows.

1. There isn't one that you can buy but I wanted the english dub on youtube my cousin says that you can watch it on another website but I don't have it saved to my computer anymore. The english voices are really annoying and Ritsuka-kun is portrayed kind of annoying as a person in it.
