1. okay, you want to crop out the subtitles or the black bar from the video , or DVD moive? you need a video converter or DVD ripper( if you are pointing at Dvd moive) to get rid of the subtitles. i've been using iOrgsoft video converter for a while, it works fine and really a bargain, hope my experience would help. http://www.iorgsoft.com/Video-Converter/ http://www.iorgsoft.com/DVD-Ripper/
