Get Subtitles

BBC Prime has been discontinued the teletext service! Why? I need Engl. subtitle because I am hard of hearing.?

I have broadband cable TV at home in Germany. My provider is Kabel BW (BW stands for Baden-Wuerttemberg). Some weeks ago BBC Prime tele text showed that the service has been discontinued although I could watch my series and documentations with English subtitle on page 888. Now its not possible to use English subtitle anymore and that makes me sad because I'm hard of hearing. Will BBC Prime plan to renew their teletext or they did ban it forever? If they won't to reset their teletext then I will cancel my contract what the English language package concerns. BBC Prime helped me a lot to improve my English skills. BBC Prime is made for people aboard from the UK! Maybe people from UK can help me to answer my question! Hope my English was read-able for you. I'm 27 yrs old and I live in the southern of Germany. I did email BBC Prime two days ago and unfortunately no response of them!

3. that sucks mate , we have problems with the bbc here also they are quite useless and your English was very good i wish my German was as good .
