Get Subtitles

Is there anything that can automatically make subtitles for videos?

If so give me the link to download it or pay for it. I want to use it for a movie I have and I can't find the subtitles i'm looking for.

1. Not that is software, at least that is good enough, let alone low cost or free.. A person needs to transcribe the dialogue to a text file, or you need the script. Then you (or somebody) needs to pace it put to meet the timing of the aural dialogue. Or you can buy the legal DVD for the movie or program, which will have the proper subtitles.
