Get Subtitles

How do I insert subtitles for my movies that i ripped into my ipod?

I can rip the movie, but I have no idea how to get the subtitles. I use DVD Decrypter and Videora Ipod Converter, but no subtitles ever show up. And yes I set up the DVD Decrypter to accept subtitle information,
