Where can I watch TV shows in Chinese?

I'm trying to practice my chinese, and I would like to watch some of my favorite TV shows on the Internet in Chinese, preferably with english and chinese subtitles. I love to watch Monk, Project Runway, Ghost Whisperer, Americas Next Top Model, Talk Shows...but I'm open to anything interesting that will help me improve my Chinese Any suggestions? Websites? Thanks!!

2. well, im not sure if its Japenese of Chinese, but i use it all the time (its pretty much their version of youtube.com) i use it to watch movies which are in english with the japenese/chinese subtitles. i would have poked around the site more, but i can read that laungage, so i gave up.
