Where can i find american tv shows with english subtitles?

I'm learning english right now, i need some original tv shows with subtitles like,discovery,and those programmes would help me.

2. If you are in the US, just switch on the closed captioning on any program that says cc in the listings. That's the best I know for you...If you're NOT in the US, maybe try using a dvd (the more expensive ones have the options of changing the language and putting up subtitles, so you can do them both in English...although they don't always match up, they will help you.)
