Get Subtitles

How Do I Remove Subtitles From A Torrent?

I downloaded a torrent and it has subtitles,it also came with a dat file which is just like a plain white icon,but when i deleted this white icon and restarted my comp the subs were still there.So i retored the white dat file icon but when i click on it,it says i cannot open because i don't have the right program,can someone please help? It is a dat file.

1. hi,... that subtitle is internal and u can't remove it but!!!! my suggest is instal K-Lite Mega Codec with default options .... and then play that with MEDIA PLAYER CLASSIC a software run with MPC and u can see that icon in taskbar an green arrow, right click on it and choos HIDE SUBTITLE
