Get Subtitles

I am deaf please help me with movie subtitles?

I have downloaded Cinema Paradiso and the duration is 1:58, 25 FPS and i can't find good subtitles that suit the movie. The words don't match can anyone help me or tell me how to synchronize? Thank you.

1. If you have a DVD player you can put them on any movie
2. Rent the DVD. I know from personal experience that it has fine subtitles.
