Where can I purchase and download movies with Chinese subtitles (or Chinese movies with English subtitles)?

My girlfriend is Chinese, I am American but we live in Germany! I am 100% happy to pay for these movies, but can omeone recommend a site that will let me get the movies with the Chinese subtitles? Thanks!
