any ideas about why i haven't been able to get subtitles through sky tv?
according to services menu the subtitles are switched on but have had none for 2 days now

- Ring customer services.
- I have had the same problem. I thought it was just my TV. It's one of those big widescreen plasma screens so I thought that the subtitles were been cut out but if you've got the same problem than maybe it's Sky playing up. I will call Customer Services and find out.
