Where can I find a copy of an Israeli movie titled 'The MVP' with English subtitles?

It's apparently about a postal service clerk that turns out to be a basketball star. Despite the fact that he's 4'5". DVD format preferred, English subtitles. I'm looking for an actual PHYSICAL COPY of the DVD.. anyone?
