Using ConvertXtoDVD to burn subtitles! Pls Help?

Hey. My movie is avi and my subtitle is movie.srt Im opening ConvertXtoDVD and draging the movie.avi into the list. Now I have no idea wot to do. When I click the + on the movie. it says 1 subtitle steam - 0 internal, 1 external. Should I just put DVD-R disc onto my pc and click convert? Then it automatic burns? And I can watch it on my dvd player with subtitle?
