Get Subtitles

What program do I have to use to open a subtitle? I don't want to change it I only want to see it on DVD?

1. If you mean you want to just turn the subtitles on or off while watching a DVD, just use VLC player. http://www.videolan.org . If you're talking about viewing just the subtitles without the video, I'm not sure if there are any programs that will do that.
