How to say "Are these lyrics/subtitles in Chinese" in Japanese.?

If someone can please help me translate this to Japanese. The question I'm asking on the title isn't the question I'm actually literally asking. However, You see, I was watching this Anime video over youtube and the voice was in Japanese but the subtitles were all in Kanji/Pinyin in Chinese characters, so I'm guessing the titles are in in Chinese. So my question is I wanna know how to tell generally to someone who can ask me if this video is in Chinese subtitles. So please translate this: "Excuse me, are the lyrics/subtitles/words in this video Chinese?" Also, please tell me how do you say the following in Japanese: 1. Lyrics 2. Subtitles 3. Words Please tell me the words in Romaji which is the Romanized version on how you pronounce the words. And please, this is a huge one, please give me the "Kanji" for them. Thank you.
