How did I do on the Spanish subtitles in this Samantha Brown video?

I've been working on adding subtitles to a Samantha Brow video of her ordering food in a bar in Sevilla, Spain but can't get all of it. The video can be found here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMRezLu0M6c Here is where I have questions 1. I need to know what the waiter says after her requests. 2. What is this about a "pie del cerdo" and what does it mean?

  1. Pie del cerdo means pig's foot. It's a bit of a delicacy in some places. You can get pickled pig's feet at some bars in the US. You misspelled sardines, when she said it. uh. It's English. She doesn't really do that well in Spanish, and I think that's intentional. And that isn't what the barman says...I'm not sure what he says there, but it's a joke, that I'm sure Sam didn't get, either, about the pig having lost his feet because he wasn't quick enough. Didn't catch all the words, just the gist. (well, that's Sevillano for you).
  2. Hi Trucodio! I am Spanish. I am from Canary Islands. Sevilla is far away from me, however I also speak Spanish and the waiter says: "Rápido, si no, entonces, perdemos el tranvía del cerdo." I suppose that it means ... "que, si no, nos matan", "que, si no, nos despiden" ("That, if not, they (the bosses, the managers) kill us", "that, if not, they dismiss us") in short: "O soy rápido o me despiden." (I must be either fast or dismissed.) I hope to help you at least a little.
