Get Subtitles

Where can I download extra movie subtitles from?

I have a whole load of DVD's that I brought from Europe to where I live now but there are no subtitles of a couple of languages that would make watching them with my friends much more enjoyable. Anyone know where I can find a database or list of available movie/language subtitles?
