Where can I watch Spanish shows with English subtitles?

My A Level Spanish needs some serious help - I thought watching some Spanish tv shows at home with English subtitles might help. I have no money, does anyone know where I can watch for free? A link would be great. Thanks.

1. As far as I know you can`t,,when I lived in Spain we could only get Spanish tv and it helped a lot to learn the language,but never seen anything with subs on the net
