.Where is the most siutable to search and download torrents in english with english subtitles?

I understand written English and not good audio English. I tried to search and download torrents and subtitles separately,but very often they are not match. May be it is possible to find simultaneously the movie or TV show torrent in English and it's English subtitle? Thanks in advance.
